About me
Team Leader Technical Assistance Team of the EU-China River Basin Development Programme ( www.euchinarivers.org ). The projects aims to eatablish a sustained dialogue between Europe and China on IWRM. The Chinese Ministry of Water Resources nd the EU Delegation in beijing, facilitated by the EU-china RBMP, have taken the initiative to establish the China Europe Water Platform with possible link to the EU WI.
