The World Water day is on the 22 March and The World Water Day 2009 website is now on line . This year the theme for World Water Day is "Shared Water - Shared Opportunities". Special focus will be placed on transboundary waters.
Please note that a lot of new material is now available, including the World Water Day brochure in English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Chinese - and even Swedish!
People from all over the world have contributed with information about events and sent us photographs.
